Go to: My computer Local Disk (c:) OR whatever drive Click on the 'Users' folder Click on the 'Public' folder Click on the 'Public Documents' folder Click on the 'World in Conflict' folder Click on the 'mod' folder inside world in conflict folder Copy and Paste or move any MOD folders such as NO HOPE and paste it in the World in Conflict mod folder. After all is done, boot up the game and check to see if it is in the mod section.

I hope that it is loaded. That is the only possible thing I can think of.
