Having adapted to the loss of drummer Ahita Inazawa and bassist Hinata Hidekazu (and their replacement by Atsushi Matsushita and Ichirou Yoshida), the Zazen Boys' fourth album retreated a bit from the pure experimentalism of Zazen Boys III.
